The castle’s candlelit dining room is on the ground floor and seats 10. The original stone walls and barrel-vaulted ceiling make dinner here an unforgettable dining experience.
Our chefs use local ingredients, many of which are grown in our organic kitchen garden. A local smokehouse in the next village smokes salmon and trout, and fresh seafood is landed a few minutes away.
For warm sunny days we have an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is well eqipped with BBQ, Kamadoe Joe and Deli Vita pizza oven. Fully stocked with Falconware plates, glasses and cuttlery, there is also a sink with hot running water for washing up. Chef Will has created some fantastic evenings in this space, as he solely cooks on fire.
We have a large glasshouse with a dining table which seats 20, just next to the outdoor kitchen. This is the perfect place to continue eating al fresco during any light Scottish rain showers.
A separate dining table with pergola can be found to the front of the castle. A gorgeous spot for a late breakfast or a G&T as the sun sets over Kilmartin Glen.
